Artwork Guidelines

All you need to know about when providing artwork

Please see more information about our artwork guidelines. If you have any questions regarding if your artwork is suitable or any other questions, please contact us.

What file formats do you accept?

All artwork needs to be submitted in a vectorised format. We accept many different file formats such as PNG, JPEG, AI, PDF, EPS, SVG and many more. All artwork needs to be submitted in a high-resolution. If your artwork doesn’t meet our artwork guidelines then you will be notified and your order may incur a small fee for your artwork to be re-drawn.

All fonts need to be converted to outlines and artwork should be submitted in CMYK. We will use the colours in your logo of the file you have uploaded, should you want a colour changed then please add this to the notes on the customisation.

All customised orders will be emailed an artwork approval proof for your approval. Failure to responding quickly with your approval could delay your order.

The embroidery digitisation (known as set up) is the process where your jpeg file is beautifully created into an embroidery file format. This file format created instructs the embroidery machine on many aspects such as (size, where to stitch). It transforms your logo into a machine run able file.
